How to get a healthy lifestyle and loose weight holistically. So you have tried to overhaul your diet before, but the willpower it required was overwhelming, and you were unable to stick to it. You just want to eat more healthily cut down on alcohol and chocolate or junk food, take some exercise and lose some weight.

When we were babies, we were fed fatty sweet milk and that was a comfort to us. So now when we seek comfort, we are hard wired to crave fatty creamy and sweet foods.

However, babies know when to stop eating and that they have had enough because they don’t feel any deprivation. They expect more food to be available whenever they need it.

Even young children will leave a piece of cake if they are full and return to play because they don’t feel any deprivation.

When we feel deprived, we overindulge.

Overindulging in food or drink becomes a habit.

In order to get healthy, reduce cravings and lose weight you must reprogram your subconscious mindset to want to be healthy and lose weight. And you must change your lifestyle habits.

You need to tell yourself yes, I can have it, but I choose not to because I want to be healthy. When you have reprogrammed your mind, it will act in different ways to how it did before. Your thoughts and actions will be different. When we change our habit of thought we change our habit of action.

This process is going to take a few weeks. It is something you must do every day.

It overrides all of my positive intentions. I put so much pressure on myself to succeed. That when I fail, I am so angry with myself.

5: If I have lost weight in the past it always goes back on.

6: I give in to my cravings.

8: I don’t like the way my body looks.

2: Choosing to go without feels like I am being forced to go without.

3: My body hangs onto the weight, to avoid being deprived.

4: Deprivation. I have to go without.

5: I choose to release the fear of going without.

6: Letting go of the energy of deprivation.

7: Releasing struggle and survival.

8: It is safe for me to cut down on certain foods.

9: My body no longer needs the extra pounds to survive. 

Round 3 

2: I choose to be fit and healthy.

3: I make healthy food choices.

4: I stop eating when I feel full.

5: My body craves healthy food.

6: I drink plenty of water every day.

7: I feel inspired to work out.

8: When I exercise, I feel good.

9: My energy is increasing. 

Round 4

2: I am fulfilled nourished and satisfied.

3: I am losing weight.

4: I am in alignment with my body.

5: Food is my friend.

6: I feel no deprivation.

7: My metabolism is stable.

8: I am filled with success.

9: I am fit, healthy and strong.

Visualization is an extremely powerful tool to help you reprogram the subconscious. To get results you must do it every day.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself being fit and healthy. See yourself making healthy food and drink choices and losing weight. Feel how good it feels to be fit and healthy. And feel grateful for your improved body.
